In this position the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for effectively supervising all aspects of a retail location. This position is responsible for recruitment, selection, development and training of all retail sales personnel. Encumbent will be responsible for maintaining a full staff as well as guiding and evaluating employee performance. Consistently achieve sales objectives including activations, accessories, services and revenue goals. Responsible for tracking and measuring the retail store performance. Prepare sales projections, management reports and retail store correspondence. Job responsibility will include managing P&L, effectively managing store payroll including overtime and temp expenses. Also will be required to manage operating revenues and expenses.
